Mindset: How To Manifest Your Dream Life

So many people are complacent with the way they are living. They know how they would like their lives to be, yet they either don’t know how to achieve these dreams, or they are just lazy and content. Whatever may be the case with you, in this article, you’ll learn the steps required to manifest and create a brighter future you’ve dreamt about.

How does proper manifestation work?

Manifesting works by taking your intention and combining it with a strong heart felt emotion, or what is refereed to as heart coherence. Intention alone isn’t powerful enough to manifest, you need that emotional connection to your intention as well. Your intention is only a piece to the puzzle. Your intention (thoughts) only sends out the frequency, your heart coherence (emotional feeling) receives the frequency of your intention. You need to practice opening your heart and connecting with your intention. I know it sounds confusing, but ill explain how in detail below.

How do you create heart coherence?

You create heart coherence by opening yourself emotionally. You need to establish a connection with your intentions. For instance, day that your ok intention is finding a better paying job. Do you just want a better paying job? Or do you want a better paying job that you enjoy and love? Be honest with your intentions. 

Once you voice your intentions think of how you will feel working that better paying job that you love. You’re excited, grateful, and happy right? Well that’s exactly how you create heart coherence, by living in the moment of your intention. Once you voice your intention, it’s already available for you to reap it’s benefits so you should open your heart to that fact. 

So, going back to the example of getting a better job. You will first meditate, you don’t need to meditate long, just long enough to get yourself into a relaxed frame of mind and balanced. If you have trouble with concentration while meditating focus on your breathing. Breathe in for 4 seconds and breathe out for 4 seconds and repeat this until you’re in a relaxed state.

Once the relaxed state is accomplished, think of your intention. Visualize yourself walking into your new job. Visualize you sitting at your desk and starting your tasks. Visualize how happy, excited, and enthusiastic you are about being there.

On e the visualization is done, your next step is opening your heart. Do this by giving thanks for having your new paying job that you love. Let the universe know how appreciative you are. Say it and feel it. It could be something on the lines of, “ I am thankful and grateful of my new job I have.” Have meaning present tense because it’s already yours. Connect with these emotions of having a better paying job that you love. You can enjoy life more. You can afford more. Connect with these emotionally.

What should I do after?

When everything is all said and done, it’s very important you keep this frame of mind, appreciative and grateful. Your intention are all based on your mindset. You don’t want to ruin your mindset by being negative or your intentions will have to effect. If you are having trouble with keeping a positive mindset, you should before you wake up and go to sleep, say 3-4 things you are grateful for in your life. 

Another method you can use is called the 369 method. This is derived from Nicholas Tesla. Tesla was a huge believer in divine numbers. The numbers 3,6, and 9 are the numbers of completion, success, wealth, and abundance. He along with a plethora of other wealthy people use this same method to manifest their life.

How do you do the 369 method?

You can use the 369 method to manifest your intentions throughout the day. Here’s how you do that.

  1. Write down 3 intentions. Meditate, visualize, and establish heart coherence with these intentions.
  2. Next, think of these 3 intentions 6 times a day. I know that sounds like a lot, but it works.
  3. Lastly, you will think of these 3 intentions for 9 seconds each.

That’s the 369 methods, 3 intentions you give thanks for 6 times per day for 9 seconds each. I promise you, if you do this for a week you’ll experience life-changing moments in your life. This is the same method the wealthy elites use treated a life of abundance.
