
When thinking about the law of attraction, it may seem unbelievable you can reshape your future just by thinking about it. Let me reassure you, it’s possible. The majority of the world elites use the power of the law of attraction daily to shape their futures into what they want them to be, and so can you. Studies show that 96% of the world’s wealth is own by only 1% of the world’s population. That’s no coincidence. Is this because they know something you don’t know? Yes, and that’s using the law of attraction to manifest their futures.
The law of attraction uses basic principles to create different pathways in your future because your future isn’t predestined. Have you ever heard the expression ” your life is what you make it”? This expression is accurate because, initially, every person is living their lives based on past experiences. So we are technically living our lives in the past, which is no way to live.
We live in the past by allowing our minds to fixate on situations that stand out to us, whether they are bad or good. For you to move forward, you have to reprogram the way you think. Once your mindset has changed, then doors will open for you. This brings me to how you can change your mindset. Meditation. Meditation is vital to using the powers of the law of attraction. Meditation is not only beneficial for your spiritual growth, but it can help with your health as well. So, I will list step-by-step instructions on how to use mediation to manifest change within your life.
Step 1: Changing Your Mindset from Negative to Positive
You may think you are not hindering yourself, but the fact is you are. It is ok because it happens, and that is all a part of life. Here is the thing though, when you allow yourself to think and fixate on a certain thought, your brain then stores that deep down in your subconscious. This then creates the mindset you have. Have you ever told yourself, I can’t do that, I don’t want to, I don’t know how, I’m not good enough, etc.?
This way of thinking creates what I like to call a victim mentality. You have every excuse under the sun as to why you are still struggling when essentially it’s you and only you that creates these circumstances in your life where you struggle. This isn’t meant to sound harsh because I want to see you happy and enjoying life. So, to change the way you think, reinforce positive thoughts. Over and over again, tell yourself you can do it. Positive reinforcement is the key to using the law of attraction because it draws in what you put out into the universe.
Exercise 1:
Take a piece of paper and write down three ambitions you would like to happen in your life. Once that is done, for each of these ambitions, write down a positive reinforced statement.
For example:
3 Ambitions for My Life
- I want to be wealthy.
- I want to travel more.
- I want to find true love.
Positive Reinforced Statement
- I have financial abundance in my life.
- I travel to ( destination of choice).
- I have the perfect soul mate for myself.
You want to make it as personal as possible because you’ll be manifesting into your own life. The more personal it is, the more you’ll be able to connect on an emotional level when you manifest.
Next, put these statements anywhere you can visually see every day: the bathroom, refrigerator in the kitchen, etc. Every time you look at these positively reinforced statements, think about them and reaffirm in your mind that you can achieve them. What happens is your brain will then store these statements in your subconscious along with your confirmation on your ability to do these things. This will create an entirely different mindset for you and remove the victim mentality your subconscious associates you with. Whenever you have a negative thought about what you want to achieve, stop it in its tracks and tell yourself, Yes, I can!
Step 2: Manifest Change Through Meditation
This step is where the magic begins! There will be step-by-step instructions on how to: properly use meditation to manifest change in your life. This meditation works best when you wake up in the morning because your mind is still in the alpha state of mind and makes you more susceptible to manifesting.
- Lay comfortably in your bed. Take time relaxing every part of your body. Start from your head down to your toes. Visualize a bright white light entering the top of your head. This bright light will then move to your face, neck, shoulders, arms, hands, fingers, upper torso, lower torso, hips, thighs, legs, feet, and then toes. Take your time. After you finish with this, your body should feel warm, tingly, or heavy.
- Focus on your breathing. While breathing in for 9 seconds seconds seconds, visualize this same white light flowing deep into you and settling in your solar plexus. Hold your breath for 9 seconds and then exhale slowly for 9 more seconds. It may seem hard at first but train your breathing.
- If your eyes are closed, open them. Pick a spot on the wall or ceiling between 20-45 degrees without straining your eyes. Stare at this spot until your eyelids grow heavier. While still staring at this spot, close your eyes. This helps with activating your pineal gland; or third eye.
- After a few seconds have passed, begin counting backward from 100 to 1. If you are pressed for time, you can start at 50 and count down to 1. The first option gets better results. Concentrate on the numbers as you count backward. You will now be in the Alpha state of mind.
- Concentrate on your inner peace by saying to yourself,” I will enter a deeper and more peaceful state of mediation by counting backward from 5 to 1. Begin counting backward from 5 to 1 while concentrating on your stillness. If thoughts start entering your mind, let them play out until your mind is still. You can repeat this step until your mind is still.
- Once this level of meditation is reached, keep your focus on one thought by saying to yourself: Every day, I am getting better and better. Once you’ve mastered this phase of the meditation, you can substitute this phrase with your positive reinforced statement e.g.”I have financial abundance in my life”. Visualize your life with your thoughts. Visualize you having financial abundance. This is important. Now, count from 1 to 5 to exit this meditative state. When you get to the number 3 say: When I open my eyes, I will feel refreshed and recharged. Then continue to 4 and 5 and open your eyes.
Do this meditation at least once a day and watch how avenues open within your life. This process is also called vril. I will write another blog about what vril is and how to use it. Remember, your life is what you choose it to be, so lay down the foundation for a better one.
